Summary: Relationships: Meredith/Derek (married) Addison/Mark (engaged) Cristina/Burk Alex/Izzie George/Callie Chief/Adele (married) Plot: Meredith and Derek are married and before Meredith start her internship. You can pick how long they have been dating and how long they have been married, but it has to be longer than 4 years of marriage. They are happy and in love. They come to SGH, but no one knows that they are married other then the chief and it takes a while for everyone to figure out that they are married to each other. Meredith goes by “Grey” but she’s really Meredith Sheppard; they just do not want anyone knowing that she is Sheppard’s wife (in case they think she gets special treatment) the world renowned neurosurgeon. They know that Meredith’s husband is loaded and that they are very much in love. In addition, she is Ellis Grey’s daughter. Grey gets along with Derek’s family. They love her as if she is their daughter. In addition, Derek’s father is alive. Like in the show Derek’s whole family are doctors. Cristina and Meredith are not friends. They get along but she is not her “person.” None of the interns know much about Meredith other then she is Ellis Grey’s daughter and that she is married. Also, that she gets along with Addison, Mark, Derek, Chief, and Adele. Also at one point, the whole Sheppard clan should come to SGH, and I do not just mean the sisters I mean the kids and the husbands. They should each be well respected/known in there respected fields. Both Addison and Mark are world-renowned surgeons in their fields. Derek and Mark is brother’s they have known each other since the day they were born and grow up together. The Sheppard’s basically raised him as one of their own. Ellis is not sick. She is traveling the world and writing books, and is the chief of surgery at Boston General. You can put in whatever you want from the show, but the requirements above have to be met. You can add your own twist, turns, and whatnot. This will be a happily ever after story for Derek and Meredith because they belong together. However, their life is filled with drama, heartache, and joy. They should come out of this happy and even more in love then they were before. Requirements: “M” rated for language and sexual theme. More than 50,000 words.
